The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a warning of heavy rainfall at isolated places over several regions in the country. According to the forecast, very heavy rainfall is likely at isolated places over Himachal Pradesh and Arunachal Pradesh for the next two days.

Furthermore, scattered to fairly widespread rainfall is expected over various parts of the country, including Jammu-Kashmir, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana-Chandigarh-Delhi, West Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal, Kerala, Mahe, Lakshadweep, and Karnataka during the week.

The IMD has also predicted heavy rainfall at isolated places over Madhya Pradesh, Konkan, Goa, Madhya Maharashtra, Gujarat, Odisha, Jharkhand, and Gangetic West Bengal till tomorrow.
