In today's fast-paced world, excellent customer service is hard to come by. But one user's experience with Dyson cordless vacuum has left them truly impressed. The user purchased the device in April 2021 and has been using it extensively for three years now.

Recently, their vacuum started sputtering in bursts, leading them to seek help from the manufacturer. The service person promptly attended to their call, taking the time to register the machine as they had not done so previously due to lockdown restrictions.

The agent then guided the user through a video call, explaining possible causes of the issue and providing tips on how to clean the filters. After 24 hours, the agent followed up with another call to ensure the problem was resolved.

However, the issue persisted, leading the service person to investigate further. It turned out that a small wad of paper had blocked the sucking attachment, causing the machine to malfunction. The agent immediately offered to send a new attachment for free, despite the user having managed to unblock the older one with a thin skewer.
