In a move to enhance passenger experience and streamline ticketing processes, Indian Railways has discontinued the practice of issuing waitlisted tickets in reserved coaches.

This development aims to reduce congestion at railway stations and provide better services to passengers. Passengers will no longer need to worry about the uncertainty surrounding waitlisted tickets, as they can now easily board reserved coaches with available seats.
