The Government of India has taken a significant step towards ensuring the integrity and transparency of examinations in the country. A high-level committee comprising seven experts has been formed to oversee the conduct of examinations through the National Testing Agency (NTA). The committee is headed by Dr. K. Radhakrishnan, former Chairman of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO).

The committee will submit its report to the Ministry of Education within a period of two months. Its key tasks include making recommendations on reforms in the examination process, improvement in data security protocols, and structure and functioning of NTA.

In particular, the committee will analyze the end-to-end examination process to suggest measures to improve its efficiency and forestall any possible breach.

The Government of India's commitment to exam integrity is a step towards building a more robust and fair education system for the country.
