The Indian government has taken various measures to increase farmers' income and solve their problems. A recent tweet from PIB India highlighted that farmers will become self-reliant in producing pulses and oilseeds, with the government making special provisions in the budget to achieve this goal.

To ensure the success of this initiative, the government has also planned to initiate one crore farmers into natural farming practices, supported by certification and branding. This approach aims to promote sustainable agriculture methods, reduce chemical usage, and improve crop yields.

Furthermore, 400 districts will have digital surveys of Kharif crops through DPI (Department of Plant Protection, Quarantine & Storage), enabling farmers to make informed decisions about their crops.

As the initiative unfolds, it will be interesting to track its progress and assess its impact on farmers' lives. With the digital survey of Kharif crops and natural farming practices gaining traction, farmers are expected to become more self-reliant in producing pulses and oilseeds.
